I got complimentary apartment with a fridge as an upgrade, nice gesture. That hotel was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, in the middle of the city.

I booked a spacious apartment but ended up in a shoebox. the bed felt like a trampoline, and the bathroom had more leaks than a sinking ship. I couldn’t get a towel for the life of me, just a scrawled address on a scrap of paper. the taxis to the holy site were more expensive than my dinner back in London. I guess I brought my archaeological expertise here for the wrong kind of digging! Will not recommend.

the hotel was dirty and unprofessional, with no facilities and a lack of towels. the room had dust and old, dirty furniture, and the bathroom was not clean. the hotel was far from Masjid Al Nabawi, causing us to struggle during our stay. it was a waste of money and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
For us, the hotel was far from ideal. 🙁

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The free wi-fi in public areas was a major plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety and convenience. I also loved the picnic area and tables, perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing outdoors. The airport shuttle service made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. The laundry service was a lifesaver, ensuring I always had fresh clothes. The flat-screen TV in my room was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle in the shared kitchen was super convenient. The express check-in/ -out option made my stay hassle-free, and the VIP check-in/ -out made me feel like a valued guest. The no pets allowed policy ensured a clean and allergen-free environment. The air conditioning in the non-smoking rooms kept the temperature comfortable throughout my stay. I had an amazing experience with all these fantastic amenities and services provided.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Medina for a few days and overall, my experience was quite positive. The location was a bit remote, but it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean blankets. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Although the hotel did not offer breakfast, there were nearby restaurants and cafes where I could grab a meal. it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel lacked clear signage, making it difficult to locate on Google Maps.
